When selling your house, please call Sandy Kane at 978-399-2452 to request a final water bill. Sandy will work with you to schedule an appointment to read the water meter the day before the scheduled closing date.
When you call to schedule this final meter reading, please have the following information available:
1. Date of closing
2. Name of new owner
3. Name and telephone and fax numbers of the attorney handling the closing
4. Name and telephone number of the listing real estate broker
The final water bill will be faxed to the closing attorney.
